A thorough warm-up is crucial to prevent injuries and prepare your muscles for deep stretching. Here are some warm-up exercises to get you started:

  1. Cardio: Begin with 5-10 minutes of light cardio, such as jogging or jumping jacks, to increase your heart rate and warm up your muscles.
